Refund policy

Here at THEGIFTOFSUNDAY I put a lot of love and care into creating and packaging your frames, but sometimes things break. Please be sure to check that there are no cracks that have occurred during transit, upon receiving your order. I will replace, rework, or fully refund any frames that have been broken in transit.

If this occurs, please follow these steps:

1. Retain all original packaging as part of proof of your order being broken in transit.

2. Take a picture of your frame, with its original packaging, showing the damage

3. Notify me within 24 hours of receiving your package, by email: subject FRAME DAMAGED IN TRANSIT #______ (your invoice number). Attach the photo. Your full name, a brief description of the issue and your preferred contact number.

I cannot be responsible for any damage that may happen to your frame once it has been taken out of its packaging and put on display, so make sure to check it as soon as you open your package.

Custom and keepsake frames cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
